He uses different instruments, recording everything live as he goes, putting on a theatrical presentation that is sometimes completely unrehearsed. His inspiration from jazz and the blues community was found at a young age. Ray Charles and Muddy Waters became vocal favorites of his, besides they're musical interpretations.

Opening up for noteworthy musicians such as Bernie Worrell (Parliament, Talking Heads) Baby Gramps, Jim Donovan and Michael Glabicki (Rusted Root) Jim Avett, Jack Russell (Great White), Greg Garing and others his music has received praise from some of the industry's​ finest.
